New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.02 million capped return enhanced notes on energy ETF

Los Angeles, June 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1,015,000 of 0% capped return enhanced notes due June 3, 2022 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times the fund gain, capped at par plus 49.5%. If the fund return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.
