Moody's gives Energy Maintenance B3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B3 corporate family rating to Energy Maintenance Services Group I, LLC.

This rating is based on Energy Maintenance's current business fundamentals and financial condition as of, the agency said.

The B3 corporate family rating reflects the durable nature of Energy Maintenance's revenue base, Moody's noted.

In December 2007, the company was awarded a 10-year contract by a subsidiary of Petroleos Mexicanos to provide pipeline maintenance and associated services, the agency said.
