Energy Future assigned seven-member committee of unsecured creditors

New York, May 13 - Energy Future Holdings Corp.'s U.S. trustee, Roberta A. DeAngelis, appointed seven members to an official committee of unsecured creditors for the company, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Department of Justice for the District of Delaware.

Appointed to the committee were Craig Yamaoka of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. of Washington, D.C.; Raghu Raman Lakshmanan of HLC America, Inc. of Sunnyvale, Calif.; Dennis J. Roemlein of Bank of New York Mellon of Houston; Frank Godino of Law Debenture Trust Co. of New York City; Michael Puryear of Holt Texas Ltd. of San Antonio; Peter Hansen of ADA Carbon Solutions (Red River) of Littleton, Colo.; and Patrick J. Healy of Wilmington Savings Fund Society of Wilmington, Del.

Energy Future, a Dallas-based power generation company and utility operator, filed for bankruptcy April 29. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-10979.
