Indonesia's Energi Mega Persada plans roadshow for dollar notes

Atlanta, Oct. 18 - Indonesia's PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk. is planning a roadshow for an offering of dollar-denominated notes, a market source said.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The roadshow will begin on Oct. 23.

Energi Mega Persada is a natural gas producer based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
