S&P assigns Enel Fortuna BBB-

Standard & Poor's rating Services assigned its BBB- local and foreign currency corporate credit rating to Enel Fortuna SA.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said that the rating reflects the company's adequate financial profile demonstrated by its low leverage and strong profitability measures, as well as the cash flow stability provided by the long-term purchase-power agreements signed with the three distribution companies and other private companies in Panama representing around 80% of the company's generating capacity.
