St. Louis, April 13 - Eneco Holdings NV, a Dutch utility company, completed an upsized $330 million four-part private placement of senior notes, according to a market source.
The deal was upsized from $150 million.
The company placed tranches of seven-year notes and 10-year notes both at 420 basis points spreads to Treasuries.
In addition Eneco priced 12-year notes at a 430 bps spread and 15-year notes at a 445 bps spread.
Barclays Capital served as the placement agent.
Eneco is viewed as an NAIC-1 issuer by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
