Credit Suisse plans contingent coupon autocallables linked to Endo
By Angela McDaniels
Tacoma, Wash., April 14 – Credit Suisse AG plans to price contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due May 4, 2016 linked to the ordinary shares of Endo International plc, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Each quarter, the notes will pay a coupon if Endo shares close at or above the barrier price, 80% of the initial share price, on the observation date for that quarter. The coupon rate is expected to be 13.25% per year and will be set at pricing.
The notes will be automatically called at par if the shares close at or above the initial share price on any quarterly observation date.
If the notes are not called and the final share price is greater than or equal to the barrier price, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the shares’ decline.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the agents.
The notes are expected to price April 17 and settle April 22.
The Cusip number is 22546VBV7.
