New Issue: Endeavour Silver plans C$1.16 million private placement

Atlanta, Dec. 23 - Endeavour Silver Corp. said Thursday it plans to raise C$1.16 million in a private placement.

The brokered portion of the offering includes 312,500 units at C$1.60 each.

The units are comprised of one share and one warrant. The warrants allow for an additional share at C$2.10 for one year or C$2.30 for two years.

The non-brokered portion of the deal includes up to 412,500 units at C$1.60 each under the same terms.

Leede Financial Markets Inc. is the placement agent in the offering.

Based in Vancouver, B.C., Endeavour is a silver exploration and mining company. It plans to use the proceeds from the deal for working capital.
