Russia’s Alfa Bank to issue dollar-denominated notes due in 2018

Atlanta, Nov. 18 – Russia’s OJSC Alfa Bank is looking to issue dollar-denominated notes due in November 2018, according to a company announcement.
UBS is the central coordinator for the Regulation S deal. Alfa Bank and Barclays are also leading the transaction.
Alfa Bank is a commercial lender based in Moscow.
