Fitch rates Alfa-Bank B-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned PJSC Alfa-Bank a long-term local-currency issuer default rating of B- and national rating BBB-(ukr). The long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating is B-.

The outlook is stable.

Ratings are driven by the assessment of potential support from shareholders, according to the agency.

The liquidity of the bank's loan book is undermined by significant asset quality problems, although they are in line with the average credit metrics in the sector, the agency said.
