Alfa Bank to issue three-year bonds in first half

New York, March 15 - Alfa Bank is planning a three-year bond issue (Ba2/B/B+), according to market sources.

The deal is expected to price in the first half of the year.

Size, tenor and structure of the offering could not be determined.

UBS Investment Bank and Merrill Lynch & Co. are the bookrunners for the Regulation S transaction.

Alfa Bank is based in Moscow, Russia.
