EnCap disclosure hearing continued to Feb. 3, status conference held instead

Portland, Ore., Jan. 27 - EnCap Golf Holdings, LLC's hearing for approval of the disclosure statement for its plan of reorganization was continued to Feb. 3, according to a source familiar with the case.
A status conference was held Jan. 27 in its place in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
As previously reported, EnCap bank group agent Wachovia Bank believes the company's plan of reorganization is not feasible because of a lack of funding.
EnCap, a Cherokee Investment Products subsidiary, filed for bankruptcy on May 8, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-18581.
