DBRS rates Enbridge Income Fund notes BBB (high)
DBRS said it assigned a rating of BBB (high) with a stable trend to Enbridge Income Fund's C$125 million of 4% medium-term notes due Dec. 20, 2018.
The senior notes are expected to settle Dec. 20, DBRS said, and will rank pari passu with the fund's existing and future unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness.
The proceeds will be used to repay the indebtedness of the fund, including credit facilities, the agency said.
