Enbridge plans offering of fixed-rate senior notes in three parts

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 13 – Enbridge Inc. intends to offer guaranteed fixed-rate senior notes in three parts, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Enbridge Energy Partners, LP and Spectra Energy Partners, LP.

The notes will have make-whole calls and then par calls.

Barclays, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to refinance, redeem or repurchase debt and for other general corporate purposes.

The oil and gas distribution and transportation company is based in Calgary, Alta.
