DBRS: Enbridge outlook stable

DBRS said it confirmed Enbridge Energy Partners, LP's senior unsecured notes at BBB, junior subordinated notes at BB (high) and commercial paper at R-2 (middle) and changed the trend to stable from negative.

The trend was changed to negative in February 2009 based in part on the company's guidance for 2009. The agency said the trend change to stable reflects its belief that Enbridge is on track to maintain its full-year 2009 credit metrics at stronger levels than implied by the partnership's February 2009 guidance.
