Enbridge plans two-part offering, includes sustainability-linked notes

Knoxville, Tenn., June 24 – Enbridge Inc. is expected to sell fixed-rate senior notes in two parts, including one tranche of sustainability-linked notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

The notes are guaranteed by Spectra Energy Partners, LP and Enbridge Energy Partners, LP.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, BofA Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to reduce debt, fund capital projects and for other general corporate purposes.

The oil and gas distribution and transportation company is based in Calgary, Alta.
