New Issue: Empresas Publicas de Medellin sells COP 965.75 billion 7 5/8% notes due 2024 at par

Atlanta, Sept. 4 – Colombia’s Empresas Publicas de Medellin ESP priced COP 965.75 billion 10-year notes at par to yield 7 5/8% on Wednesday, a market source said.

The notes were talked at a yield in the high-7% area.

BofA Merrill Lynch, HSBC and Itau were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The issuer is a Medellin, Colombia-based public services company.
