Mexico’s Empresas ICA sells Proactiva interest for Ps 1.24 billion

Pittsburgh, Dec. 29 – Empresas ICA, SAB de CV sold its 49% interest in Proactiva Medio Ambiente for up to Ps. 1.24 billion, according to a news release.

The company said the proceeds will be used to implement its cost reduction program and for operational purposes.

Empresas ICA is a construction company based in Mexico City.
