S&P revises Empresas Copec view to negative

S&P said it revised the outlook for Empresas Copec and its subsidiary Compania de Petroleos de Chile Copec SA to negative from stable citing higher leverage.

A sharp drop in paper pulp prices will hurt the group’s EBITDA, S&P said.

S&P affirmed the BBB rating on both companies.
