New Issue: Argentina's Edenor prices $70 million tap of 9¾% notes 2022 at 101.25 to yield 9.57%

Atlanta, April 20 - Argentina's Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte SA (Edenor) priced a $70 million tap of its 9¾% senior notes due Oct. 25, 2022 at 101.25 to yield 9.57%, a market source said.

JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.

The original issue totaled $140 million and priced at par on Oct. 15

Edenor is a Buenos Aires-based electricity producer.
