Argentina's Edenor picks bookrunners for $69.699 million tap of 2022 notes

Atlanta, April 19 - Argentina's Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte SA (Edenor) has mandated JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank for a $69.699 million tap of its existing 9¾% notes due Oct. 25, 2022, a market source said.

The original $140 million issue priced Oct. 15 at par to yield 9¾% in a Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Edenor is an electricity producer based in Buenos Aires.
