Argentina's Edenor increases class 7 bond holding; trust dissolved

Pittsburgh, Sept. 15 - Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte SA (Edenor) said it increased its class 7 bond holding to $51.69 million as a result of the dissolution of an irrevocable discretionary trust, according to a company news release.

The company said it originally issued $220 million of the class 7 bonds due 2017.

Macro Bank Ltd. was the trustee of the dissolved trust.

Edenor is an electricity distribution company based in Buenos Aires.
