Argentina's Edenor buys back $5.15 million notes due 2014, buying back $9.18 million notes due 2016

Pittsburgh, Nov. 8 - Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte SA (Edenor) bought back $5 million series A notes due 2014 and $150,000 series B notes due 2014, according to a company news release.

The company will also buy back $9.18 million of series B notes due December 2016.

Buenos Aires-based Edenor is the largest electricity distribution company in Argentina in terms of number of customers and electricity sold.
