New Issue: Argentina's Edesa prices $63 million 12¾% five-year notes at 95.125 to yield 14¼%

Portland, Ore., May 9 - Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Salta SA (Edesa) has priced $63 million of 12¾% five-year fixed-rate notes at 95.125 to yield 14¼%, according to a market source.

Deutsche Bank ran the books.

As reported, the company suspended a $65 million notes offering in February, citing unfavorable conditions in the international market.

The issuer is an electricity distribution operator in Argentina's Salta province.
