By Cristal Cody

Chicago, Sept. 8 – Empresa de Transporte de Pasajeros Metro SA is in the market with a 40-year single-tranche offering, a market source told Prospect News.

The notes due Sept. 13, 2061 are being talked with a spread in the Treasuries plus 205 basis points area.

The deal joins a calendar that has already filled out with several other Chilean civic companies in the Sept. 7 week.

Morgan Stanley and Santander are working as bookrunners on the offering.

The issuer is the owner and sole operator of the subway system in the metropolitan region of Santiago, Chile.
