S&P rates Empresa de Transporte notes A+

S&P said it assigned an A+ rating to Empresa de Transporte de Pasajeros Metro SA’s proposed senior unsecured notes for up to $1.5 billion.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.

S&P rates the company A+.
