Colombia's ETB on roadshow for up to $300 million dollar or peso notes

Atlanta, Jan. 7 - Colombia's Empresa de Telecom de Bogota is on a roadshow for a planned issue of notes (Ba1//BBB-) via Deutsche Bank Securities and Goldman Sachs, a market source said.

The investor meetings for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal began Jan. 4 and will be held in Lima, Peru; London; Los Angeles; and New York before concluding on Wednesday in Boston.

The dollar- or Colombian peso-denominated notes are expected to be worth up to $300 million.

ETB is a Bogota, Colombia-based telecommunications company.
