New Issue: Colombia's Empresa de Energia de Bogota sells $610 million 6 1/8% 10-year notes at par

Atlanta, Nov. 4 - Colombia's Empresa de Energia de Bogota SA ESP sold $610 million notes due Nov. 10, 2021 (Baa3) at par to yield 6 1/8%, a market source said.

Deutsche Bank and Santander were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes, which are non-callable for five years.

The proceeds will be used to prepay EEB International's $610 million of outstanding 8¾% notes due in 2014.

The issuer is an energy and fuel company based in Bogota, Colombia.
