Colombia's Empresa de Energia de Bogota sets maturity at seven to 10 years for upcoming benchmark

New York, Oct. 15 - Empresa de Energia de Bogota announced the maturity will be between seven and 10 years on its upcoming benchmark-sized senior unsecured bond offering (/BB/BB), according to a source close to the deal.

ABN Amro will act as bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

A roadshow is ongoing until Oct. 22 or Oct. 23.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

EEB is a Bogota, Colombia-based producer and distributor of electricity.
