Bernstein owns 7.68% of Empire Resorts

Charlotte, N.C., March 17 - Investor Ralph J. Bernstein reported beneficial ownership of 2,276,243 shares, or 7.68%, of Empire Resorts, Inc.'s outstanding stock in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Empire is a hospitality and gaming company based in Hendersonville, Nev.
