Emory University to redeem $182.51 million of revenue bonds on Nov. 1

Milwaukee, Oct. 5 – The Private Colleges and Universities Authority gave notice that it will redeem $182.51 million of its Emory University revenue bonds, series 1999A, on Nov. 1.

The bonds will be fully redeemed at 101, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. NA is the trustee or agent.

Affected are the following bonds:

• $3.485 million of 5.75% bonds due 2011;

• $2.53 million of 5.75% bonds due 2012;

• $5.415 million of 5.25% bonds due 2013;

• $955,000 of 5.3% bonds due 2014;

• $5.36 million of 5.75% bonds due 2014;

• $340,000 of 5.4% bonds due 2015;

• $6.365 million of 5.75% bonds due 2015;

• $615,000 of 5.5% bonds due 2016;

• $6.495 million of 5.75% bonds due 2016;

• $555,000 of 5.5% bonds due 2017;

• $6.965 million of 5.375% bonds due 2017;

• $230,000 of 5.5% bonds due 2018;

• $2.445 million of 5.6% bonds due 2019;

• $13.37 million of 5.5% bonds due 2019;

• $59.055 million of 5.5% bonds due 2025;

• $68.325 million of 5.5% bonds due 2031.
