Alexander & Baldwin shareholder Breeden Capital sells shares, keeps 4.53% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 16 - A group of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. investors led by Breeden Capital Management LLC sold 788,189 shares of the company's stock between Dec. 10 and Dec. 15 at prices from $25.32 to $26.25 each.

The investors beneficially own 1,874,649 shares, or 4.53%, of the Honolulu-based company, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Alexander & Baldwin's business includes transportation, real estate and agribusiness industries primarily in Hawaii.
