Mexico's Alestra plans five-year issue via Citigroup, Morgan Stanley

New York, July 30 -Alestra SA has mandated Citigroup and Morgan Stanley to market an offering of five-year bonds (B1/B+/BB-), according to a market source.

The bonds are scheduled to price during the week of Aug. 3.

Alestra is a San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico-based telecommunications firm.
