Dell Technologies subsidiaries plan to offer first-lien notes

Knoxville, Tenn., April 3 – Dell Technologies Inc. subsidiaries Dell International LLC and EMC Corp. plan to price a Rule 144A private offering of first-lien notes, according to a press release.

Barclays, BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The notes will be guaranteed by the parent.

Settlement is expected on March 20.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.

Dell is a Round Rock, Tex.-based technology company.
