S&P rates Embraer Netherlands bonds BBB

Standard & Poor’s said it assigned its BBB issue-level rating to Embraer Netherlands Finance BV’s proposed 10-year senior unsecured bonds.

This rating reflects the credit rating on Embraer SA (BBB/stable/--), which unconditionally guarantees the debt.

The company will use the proceeds for liability management purposes and to extend debt maturities and prepay more expensive debt.
