Brazil's Embraer files automatic shelf covering its debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., June 11 - Embraer SA filed a debt securities automatic shelf registration in an F-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital.

Embraer is an aircraft manufacturer based in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.
