Mozambique's Ematum mandates bookrunners for dollar seven-year notes

Atlanta, Sept. 4 - Mozambique's Ematum has mandated BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse as bookrunners for a dollar-denominated offering of benchmark-sized notes due in seven years, a market source said.

The proceeds from the Regulation S-only deal will be used for the development of Mozambique's domestic fishing infrastructure.

Ematum is a Mozambique government agency.
