S&P affirms Emaar Properties

Standard & Poor’s said it affirmed its BBB- long-term corporate credit rating on Emaar Properties PJSC. The outlook is stable.

At the same time, S&P said it affirmed the BBB- senior unsecured issue rating on Emaar Properties’ US$1 billion trust certificates.

“We continue to view Emaar Properties’ financial risk profile as ‘modest’ and its business risk profile as ‘fair,’” S&P said in a news release.
