Moody's rates Elsinore Valley water COPs A1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A1 rating to the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District's $64.645 million series 2008A certificates of participation.

The expected sale date is July 30.

The COPs will refund the district's outstanding insured auction-rate debt.
