eLong investor Oak Pacific buys more shares, lifts ownership to 33.8%

Charlotte, N.C., June 24 - Oak Pacific Interactive upped its stake in eLong, Inc. to 33.8% with the purchase of 28,112 shares between June 12 and June 22 priced from $3.20 to $3.27 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Between May 4 and June 9, Oak Pacific bought 224,762 shares of eLong at prices from $3.22 to $3.27 each, a prior SEC filing said.

The investor beneficially owns 6,257,382 shares of the Beijing-based online travel services company.
