eLong investor Oak Pacific buys more shares, lifts ownership to 27.9%

Charlotte, N.C., June 10 - Oak Pacific Interactive upped its stake in eLong, Inc. to 27.9% from 26.9% with the purchase of 224,762 shares between May 4 and June 9 priced from $3.22 to $3.27 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Between March 26 and April 28, Oak Pacific bought 226,116 shares of eLong at prices from $3.02 to $3.66 each, a prior SEC filing said.

The investor beneficially owns 6,229,270 shares of the Beijing-based online travel services company.
