New Issue: Elk Grove Unified School District, Calif., sells $50 million of 2.75% TRANs due 2013

New York, March 7 - The Elk Grove Unified School District of California priced $50 million of series 2012-13 tax and revenue anticipation notes, according to a pricing sheet.

The notes (/SP-1+/) were sold competitively. The issuer did not immediately return calls for the winning bidder Thursday.

The notes are due Oct. 1, 2013, and have a 2.75% coupon priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital expenditures for the district ahead of the collection of certain taxes and revenues.
