Shamrock cuts stake in Elizabeth Arden to 4.9%

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 20 - A group of Elizabeth Arden, Inc. investors led by Shamrock Activist Value Fund, LP cut its stake in the company to 4.9%, from 5.9% on Jan. 29, with the sale of 300,000 shares.

The shares were sold between Jan. 29 and Feb. 19 for a total of $1,942,427, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shamrock beneficially owns 1,402,224 shares of the Miramar, Fla.-based beauty products company.
