Shamrock cuts stake in Elizabeth Arden to 5.9%

New York, Jan. 29 - A group of Elizabeth Arden, Inc. investors led by Shamrock Activist Value Fund, LP cut its stake in the company to 1,700,124 shares, or 5.9%, from about 2 million shares, or 7.02%, of the Miramar, Fla.-based beauty products company.

The investors sold shares in various transactions between Jan. 16 and Jan. 28 at prices ranging from $5.4289 to $7.8346, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
