Elfun Diversified Fund selects Hartch, Widerecht as primary managers

San Diego, March 28 - Elfun Funds reported that Greg Hartch and David Wiederecht are the primary portfolio managers of its Elfun Diversified Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Paul M. Colonna, Ralph R. Layman, Thomas R. Lincoln and Diane M. Wehner are no longer part of the portfolio management team.

Stamford, Conn.-based GE Asset Management Inc. serves as the investment adviser to the fund.
