Brazil's Eletropaulo plans R$600 million, R$200 million deals

New York, Oct. 2 - Eletropaulo Metropolitana announced plans to sell a R$600 million six-year bond (Br. A), and a R$200 million 10-year bond, according to a market source.

The six-year deal has been talked at CDI plus 95 basis points.

Both deals are expected to price on Oct. 10.

The R$600 million deal will be brought to market by Unicredit, Banco Itau and UBS.

The R$200 million deal will be brought by Bradesco and Unicredit.

Electropaulo is a power distribution company based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
