Electronic Arts amends to switch to SOFR benchmark on revolver
Chicago, Oct. 20 – Electronic Arts Inc. amended its $500 million revolving credit facility from Aug. 29, 2019 with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as administrative agent to change the interest rate benchmark to SOFR, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The reference rate was previously using Libor.
The facility continues to terminate on Aug. 29, 2024, and no material changes were made.
No amounts are drawn on the revolver.
Electronic Arts is a Redwood City, Calif.-based video game maker.
