New York, May 4 - Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA announced the pricing of NOK 250 million of floating-rate bonds due May 2014.
The interest rate is Nibor plus 700 basis points.
Arctic Securities and First Securities AS ran the books for the offering, which is expected to settle on May 26.
Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
Oslo-based Electromagnetic Geoservices uses its proprietary electromagnetic technology to help oil and gas companies find offshore hydrocarbons.
