Fitch cuts Kegoc view to negative

Fitch Ratings said it changed the outlook for Kazakhstan-based Electricity Grid Operating Co.'s (Kegoc) long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer default ratings to negative from stable, and affirmed its long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating at BBB, long-term local-currency issuer default rating at BBB+ and short-term issuer default rating at F3.

The change in outlook results solely from change in outlook for the Republic of Kazakhstan to negative from stable.
