Electrawinds CEO temporarily resigns; CRO to take over immediately

Pittsburgh, Jan. 31 - Electrawinds Group's chief executive officer Luc Desender has decided to resign temporarily as CEO and transfer the operational management of the company to current chief restructuring officer Guido Bollue, according to a news release.

Bollue's appointment as interim CEO if effective immediately, but Desender has been asked to stay on as chief technology officer, focusing on the group's liquid biomass activities.

Electrawinds is an Ostend, Belgium-based renewable energy company.
